Summer 2024 Challenge

•     Runs from May 5th to September 28th, 2024.
•     Skaters stick handle and Goalies hand eye for 15 minutes 3 times a week
•     Use stick handling guide to help for purposeful practice
•     Each athlete completing the challenge will be entered into a grand prize drawing for Xbox Series X or     PS5
•      Each level will competing for a $100 gift certificate to Hockey Headquarters.
•     The athlete’s name will be entered twice if they were to shoot 100 pucks per week for the 22 weeks
•     The athlete’s name will be entered a third time if they were to complete 50 burpees and or 100 sit-ups per week
